Here’s my Dimension in Dusk quilt. Pattern and color design by @nydiak Quilting by @myquiltinglongarm. I’m keeping this quilt. Woo hoo! #dimensionquiltI’m looking for a fat quarter or two of Katarina Roccella’s Avant Garde Bauhaus in Dissection fabric for a simple, bright HST quilt. Thanks so much if you can help me out. Other low volume white/black or white/grey would be welcome for other projects. I’m in the U.S. #getyourquiltywishesgranted5I’m looking for a couple out-of-print fabrics. They are from Sarah Watts’ Cotton+Steel Honeymoon collection. I am thinking the points of star in this pic are Morning Dew and the center is Hotspring Blue. I’m also looking for some Andover Scribbles fabric in Cement (med grey). Finally my low volume stash is getting low. I’d love some more white with black or white with grey, preferably fat eighths or quarters, but largish scraps would be great too. Edited: I live in the US. #getyourquiltywishesgranted5I finished my Tranquility quilt this weekend which is now on my bed with the Bug kitty quilt on top of it. More details on my blog. QuiltCon 2016–Quilts Made by Modern Quilt Guilds
QuiltCon was everything that I hoped it would be and more, but my brain is still on overload. People, workshops, gorgeous fabric, and what felt like miles of amazing, modern quilts. The experience actually started on the Super Shuttle from the … Continue reading
Fancy Foxes Fun
This past weekend I had so many things that needed to be done, but I took some time out to do some sewing for the fun of it. I decided to join a Block of the Month club hosted by … Continue reading
One Monthly Goal–February 2016
I decided that participating in the One Monthly Goal (OMG) linky party would be beneficial support/accountability to help me reach my goal of making four 12 1/2″ unfinished blocks each month for my Terra Australis quilt using fabric from Emma … Continue reading
2016–Change in Direction Already!!!
It all started when I unwrapped my Christmas present from my friend and saw this beautiful fabric I’d been eyeing at ThreadBear, my local quilt store. I’m lucky enough to live in a small town where the owners of ThreadBear … Continue reading
